Refund policy
At Sikhi Bazaar, we want every purchase to bring joy and satisfaction. If you’re not completely
happy with your order, you can request a return or exchange.
Return Period
You can request a return within 14 days from when your order is delivered.
Return Eligibility
To be accepted, returned items must:
- Be in the same condition as received (unused and unworn)
- Include all original tags and packaging
- Have your order number or proof of purchase
How to Request a Return
Please email us at sales@sikhibazaar.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. Include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Item(s) you want to return
- Date of purchase
- Reason for return
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Certain items are non-returnable or non-exchangeable unless defective or sent in error. These
include:
- Shastars / Kirpans* (ID verification may be required)
- Kacheras
- Custom made baneh to size * unless it can be proved we have made to the wrong sizing
that we have discussed. - Cut turban material
Returning Your Item
If your return is approved, we’ll send instructions for sending your item back. Items sent
without approval cannot be accepted. Please note you are responsible for the cost of return
postage, which is not refundable.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned items, we’ll confirm whether your refund is
approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow
extra time for your bank or card provider to process the refund. Refunds cover the cost of the
item only and do not include original shipping charges.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us immediately so we can fix
the issue.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original following the instructions above, then place a
separate order for the replacement.
