How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly through our website or by contacting us via WhatsApp/Instagram. Simply browse our
products, add your desired items to your cart, and follow the checkout process. For assistance, our team is happy to

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
Orders can only be changed or canceled within a short window after being placed, as we process them quickly. Please
contact us immediately if you need to make any changes, and we will do our best to assist you.
How will I know if my order was successful?
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation message via email, WhatsApp, or the platform you
ordered through. This message will include your order details and an estimated delivery date.
What should I do if I entered the wrong address?
If you notice an incorrect address, contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can update the
address for you. Once shipped, it may not be possible to change the delivery address, so prompt action is crucial.
Can I place a bulk or custom order for my Gurdwara or event or myself?
Yes! We welcome bulk and custom orders for Gurdwaras, events, or special occasions. Please reach out to us with your
requirements, and we will provide you with options, pricing, and delivery timelines.
Can I buy a Kirpan or Shastar online?
For safety reasons, Kirpans and Shastars aren’t available for direct online purchase. Please contact us through WhatsApp
or email so we can verify your order and guide you through the process safely
Shipping & Returns
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within
3–7 business days. You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Please WhatsApp us directly to enquire about International shipping.
Can I return or exchange an item?
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same
condition as received. Please contact us to start the return/exchange process.
