These Terms & Conditions apply to all Bulk Orders and Custom Orders placed through Sikhi Bazaar.
By submitting a bulk order request or custom order request, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Confirmation & Payment
All bulk and custom orders require a minimum 50% upfront payment before processing can begin.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid upon completion of the order or before dispatch, depending on what is agreed with you.
Orders will only be processed once the initial payment has been received.
2. Cancellation Policy
You have 24 hours from the time of placing your order to request a cancellation.
After 24 hours, your order cannot be cancelled, as materials may already have been sourced and work may have begun.
3. Refunds & Returns
Bulk Orders and Custom Orders are non-refundable once the 24-hour cancellation window has passed. Refunds are only issued if:
- Sikhi Bazaar makes an error in fulfilling the order .                                                     - The items delivered do not match the agreed-upon specifications
- If you change your mind, order the wrong quantity, or no longer require the items, no refunds will be issued once production has started.
4. Processing Time
Bulk and custom orders may take 1–2 weeks, depending on item availability, quantity, and production time. You will be notified if additional time is required.
5. Changes to Your Order
Any changes to a bulk or custom order must be requested within the first 24 hours.
After this period, changes cannot be guaranteed and may result in additional charges.
6. Quality & Specifications
We aim to ensure all bulk and custom orders meet the agreed specifications.
Slight variations may occur with handmade or handcrafted items, which are not considered faults. If the product significantly differs from what was agreed, we will correct it or offer a refund.
